Hands-on practice for this lecture. Work through the exercises and quizzes to reinforce what you've learned.
Exercise 1 of 1
Tune the decision boundary thresholds and observe how they affect prediction accuracy.
| User | History | Amount | IPs | Prediction |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| James | 4y | $80 | 2 | Approved |
| Denver | 0.01y | $500 | 7 | Denied |
| Neal | 5y | $45 | 1 | Approved |
| Peter | 1y | $200 | 2 | Denied |
Observation: This model uses "2 out of 3" logic. Notice how you can get Peter to pass without making the rules too loose for Denver. This is the foundation of building a robust Decision Boundary.
